the scepter is not worth much with the dual mod, maybe you can find a collect who will buy it for max 5k.
the staff is worth maybe 60k, 10% mod isn't as desired as 20% recharge of staff specific mod. |

60k seems a bit high for a 20/10 plagueborn.
try 15k or so, maybe a bit more, but doubtful. |
